Hi I have a question. I just found this site by accident and its great. I start monday lol.

I never worked out on a steady program,,ever. And when i do happen to see a weight room ,, i go in and pretend i know what im doing but then lose interest or something. But i have always noticed that my muscles reacted to the workouts i did. And every time i dop end up doing a few reps i notice my chest feels bigger and i feel stronger.

Well,,, i recently stuck to a workout program just with a dumbell and i seem to be getting bigger every day.

My question is ,,,,, Is it easier for some to put on muscle very quickly? If yes,,, are there many out there that can do it?
