I'm new to this. I'm Ryan, I'm 21 and I'm 5'6 and weigh about 120 lbs. I'm fed up of being skinny but find it hard to put on weight because of my metabolism. I was wandering if anyone knew of an effective way to bulk up quickly?? I don't have access to a gym, or the money for a membership or supplements, but I'm willing to do what it takes!!
Any advice or tips would be welcome, and maybe like an online 'work out partner' to keep the motivation up.
