say eat 160 grams protein...........and your body weight in carbs, and try that.......see if that works. yea golds trainers aren't very good. to say the least.

You need more protein and a new trainer.

Hey everyone. I am 15 years old, my height is 68 inches, my weight 152 and my body fat percentage is 23%. As you can tell, I am not very muscular. I have lost a lot of weight. I used to weigh 211. I did it the wrong way I must admit. What I did was starve myself and exercise a lot. I lost a lot of muscle in the process. What I want to do now is gain muscle.I am too afraid of eating what my trainer says to eat because I think it is too much and that I will gain fat weight if I do it. I joined golds gym. This is what my trainer says to eat, 83 grams of protein, 293.7 grams of carbs and 37.8 grams of fat. Am I going to gain fat weight if I eat all this stuff? Remember my goal is to gain muscle and not fat.

thanks for the advice guys. Tell me the truth though, after losing weight the way I did (not eating and exercise) will I gain all the weight back if I start trying to gain the muscle? I'm very afraid of that happening. Another question, I've been taking creatine, does it shrink your balls? lol that's what my friends say. I don't know. Is this a good meal plan?
1 1/4 cups of shreaded wheat and bran cereal
1 cup of milk 1% low fat
1 apple
Protein shake with 1 cup of 1% low fat milk
Protein shake with 1 cup of 1% low fat milk
1 can of tuna
1 apple
1 can of tuna
2 slices of wheat bread

This is for the whole day. I don't know what to else to do beacuse I am getting enough protein with this daily food intake and also enough carbs. I am not getting enough calories in me though! it's causing me to be depressed please help me. If you can show me a good daily eating plan that would really help me. Thanks
