Hello i would like to start with this program and i have a question, since we work a specific muscle per week with this program, i have to work with really heavy weight right? also i should work slow or just normal? and a break of 1-2 mins between each set? (BTW the 12 weeks abs program is awesome it really works)

Just because you only train oncce a week doesn't mean your muscles aren't getting a workout. Do you suggested reps/sets and just do a normal workout(it should be slow controlled, movements and not fast, jerky movements). Hope this helps.

And yes you have to take heavy to get great results.
I'm afraid that you cannot really avoid sore muscles in the beginning (so be prepared for that)

And remember, go the extra rep when U dont think u can do it. Its always in your heart, and that is the rep that counts the most when you are building.
