Hi Fellow lifters. I have been lifting for many years, and am looking for an awseome workout to gain size and mass. I am 5'10 200LBS. My current bench is 300lb, squat is weak broken ankle for last 7 weeks. I try to work out all muscle groups and have been following Arnolds training workout. I train 4-5 days a week. I try to eat 6 times a day with various supplements. If anyone has a work out that you feel would be good for me I would apprecieate it Greatly. I am a noob to this site, however, what I see here is awseome. Thanks

Ravenbeauty thanks for the welcome message. Do you have any suggestions for a program that I can follow?. I have tried several various routines all with some success. It seams that I gain size however, I can not keep it on for long. My work outs are suffering now because of my ankle, but I still hit the weights. Again any help is great.

soulraider: take a look under the powerlifting thread - lots of great strength programs discussed there.
Good luck, and welcome aboard!
