im just 23, 10st ad 5ft 10" in height, am i under weight and how do i go about bulking myself up a small bit, dont want to look like a bodybuilder but just want to bulk myself up. how?

The secret to gaining weight is to consume more calories than you burn in a day. That means eating 5-8 meals per day.

5 - 8 meals a day, and what type of exercises, push ups and sit ups? what type of foods should i be eating?

i'd suggest to get a workout plan from FT and a nutrition plan also.. and follow it...
