I'm currently at about 192 pounds and 6'3" tall. I'm hitting the gym hard between 3 and 5 times a week. I do cardio 2-3 times for about 20-30 mins high intensity. The most I can get up to is 195 pounds. I am taking cytogainer 1 full serving a day and consciously watching what I eat. Do I need to increase the protein intake because it seems to me that I'm burning what I'm taking in carbs and protein alike. Help me out with this! I want to put on at least 10-15 pounds more. Thanks.
