Hey people. I'm new to the board and new to weight training. I was looking on some advise on how I can gain some weight before or while I'm weight training. I'm 5'8 and weigh 145lbs. Any suggestions?

Jake Consistancy. Get in the habit of working out, make it part of your life, and what I've learned from my doctor and this site, get a good, well balanced workout routine. Stay in the routine, adjust it as necessary for your life, but keep working out. You just plain feel better. Good luck.

Thanks for the advise carl.rice. I've been on the same shecdual for 2 weeks now. Like I said I'm new to all this. I'm eating 6 times a day and I use the nutrition tracker that this board supplies (very helpful). So Far I have seen a little improvement and can tell there will be allot more if I keep it up. It's very challengeing to eat healthy and stay active while working out (I play hockey as well wich is good for cardio) I'm going to get my Girlfriend to take some pictures and I'll post them when I can. Thanks again!
