Hey all... great website from what I read so far... some of the best advice I've had
I'm lookin to gain some muscle mass (which i'm doing well at so far) and getting ready to start boxing on the side... however, would like to know about the method I should use in working out to gain muscle and at the same time increase power. I have read about the topic but some suggestions included doing lots of polymetrics, some suggested working out using extra force- (and decrease the timing) on the +ve part of the rep. Now, does anyone know of a program that would get me to where I wanna be? help is appreciated. Thanks. -W
