Before I started to work out 4wks ago I weighed 134lb, now I am 136lb But i also have lost some inches or one, (iknow this cause i fit on my pants, and i couldnt before)
I still have fat on the stomach, my main goal is to get rid of it ALL!
I have been doing weight(machine) and cardio in other days..slackin more on cardio..my diet is tight..
my question since its been 4 weeks on the beginners program.
I have read about plateaus, question is, do i need to change my routine, or do less weight more rep(i heard burns more fat), or should i stick to what i am dooing and increase weights as i get comfortable with the one i am doing right now. Thanks.
