I was right at 200 lbs after having my second daughter in two years, up from a pre pregnancy weight of about 130, which had been my highest weight since high school. Through diet and exercise, I eventually got down to about 125 over the course of a year, and after maintaining the weight for about six months, I slowed down with my exercise and the weight eventually began creeping back on. A year later, I'm back up to 135, unhappy about the weight gain and ready to do something about it. I'm 5'5 with a small frame and would like to get down to about 120 lbs ideally. I LOVE that this site gives great guidelines for working out, because that's my main problem. I mean, I enjoy junk food, but can stick to a diet. My main problem is finding the time and motivation to work out (as a full time working mom with two preschool-age kids, it's hard to find "me" time!!) So I love that the workouts are planned out and penciled in to my schedule. :) Ready to give this a shot and get this weight back off!! Can't wait for my cute jeans to fit again!!! :)
