Gaining muscle mass

I am wanting to gain muscle mass but I wont be able to attend the gym every time. So how would I get this accomplished?

you can always search where you live for items you can replicate a workout with if you'r going for just mass. Granted... if you'r just throwing random objects around you'r probably going to hurt yourself, you need to make sure anything you use is stable, not going to topple over in mid use, and secondly, not going to crush you if for some reason you have to stop lifting.However, if you have the money to invest, I'd get a bowflex, or whatever is popular these days.

Kind of dumb but my grandfather said he used to use milk jugs gilled with water or sand and he's very VERY ripped.. just something for you to try :)
