Hey everyone. My goal at the moment is to gain some muscle mass on my body but not tooooo much if you know what I mean. How do I do that at the same time as I'm doing the ab program because a lot of people including this site recommends taking a fat burning supplement. I have Hydroxycut. But I also have some supplements that are supposed to help me gain my muscle mass also. What do I do!? Please someone help me. You can also e-mail me a reply at sirks001@cox.net
Since you are not too focused on gaining mass.. then you should take the hydroxycut while doing the ab program. Remember that this supplement will only aid you not do the work for you.
If you wish to gain size.. then I would suggest that you stay away from hydroxycut.
