I'm 20 and I'm still only 115-120lbs and 5'11" Yea I know I'm a stick.
I've been looking at starting to weight train again but you can only do so much with bone. So I want to use a Weight Gainer and Protein, Glutamine, Creatine, and BCAA's. I'll be able to work out around 3-4 days a week. What would be the best products for me to attain my goal? Moderate in price. Is there anything else I would need?

Well, you don't even need to do that to tell you the truth. Eat like a horse. If you're only 20, you have a lot of hormones to work with. Eat 6-8 meals a day with a lot of protein. Protein, Creatine, Glutamine, and BCAA's are not a bad idea if you are hitting the weights hard, but the first thing that you need to do is get your diet in order. I personally only take creatine and protein due to a limited college budget, but I put on 40 pounds of lean mass in 9 months just by eating like crazy. I would eat until my gag reflex kicked in, eat some more, and then stop for 3 hours before doing it again, but it worked. Eating that much is a full time job. At the beginning of the week I usually cook enough chicken to last me a week, and then I'll stick it in the fridge and just microwave it when I get the chance. That way there is always time to get something. I also cook enough brown rice to last me the week and store that to microwave it too. Don't waste your money on the weightgainers as they are mostly crap calories and for a huge 30-50 dollar bottle you only get like 9 servings. You have to eat big to get big. Good luck!!!

I don't have the time to eat that much nor want to. I go to school full time (19hrs) and I also work full time (44-54hrs) I personnally hate to eat and that is why I'm looking at MRP's and Weight Gainers.

hey man,its true dont take alot weight gainers, i tried that one with the n large 2 and it got alot sugar even tho i gain some weight with that, u gotta eat healthy food if u want to gain some decent weight. When it comes to MRP, im about to use the myoplex, but jus dont get used to it and forget the real food, i eat alot fish, chicken and egg so that helps me alot even tho i still dont eat as much as i should. Try the myoplex, it got 300calories and 44gram of protein so that's good no doubt. Eat at least 3times a day, ( i know that aint even enought but that's a start) and jus add the MRP 2 or 3 times a day, that's what im about to do. I understand u dont got the appetite to eat, trust me i do, im like that too and go to school full time and work like crazy but if u want to gain some weight (muscles not fat), u cant depend on them supplements and replacements, they jus there to help so dont think by jus takin them and eatin less food will make u gain weight cuz u wont get good results like that.

Yea I've decided to take you guys advice and not get the weight gainer. I got a good multi-vitamin, Prolab Lean Mass Matrix (MRP) Myo-Blast (Muscle Volumizer) and Methoxy Pro which has Whey Protein, Creatine, Glutamine, and some BCAA's.
Thinking about waking up in the morning and taking an MRP and Myo-Blast, goto class, get out at lunch and workout, go eat lunch and have a protein shake, take a multi-vitamin and myo-blast, goto work and maybe sneak another MRP, get off, eat dinner, and before bed I'll take another multi-vitamine, and protein shake. Any flaws in that idea? or better suggestions?

I also work full time and take 19 hours of class. It is really easy once you get the hang of it. Cook all the chicken you will need for the week on the weekend, and then just store it in the fridge until you need it. That works wonders. Also cook a lot of hard boiled eggs and store them that way if you don't have much time, you can just snag them quickly and be on your way. The problem with weightgainers is they are mostly junk. If you want to get big, you'll find the time. Its almost like a full time job in itself. I carry a huge jar of peanut butter and a loaf of bread with me everywhere, just incase i can't stop at home for some reason. Its worked wonders for me!!
