Hi, well basically i'm trying to gain weight currently. I find that peanut butter is a good source to gain weight, but um the problem is, is that i HATE the taste of it. So is there any other related source for good fats i can take to school or eat just whenever? Peanut butter seems perfect, (except that i hate it) because its like portable and not messy, could just eat it on a spoon. Is there anything i can eat that gives pretty much the same, or a better source of gaining weight? Please list! Thank you!

What about different types of nuts? They are even more portable and less messy and chock full of fat.

Almonds are very good, walnuts are good...most nuts are good if you get raw or lightly roasted, not the giant containers of salty, rancid mixed nuts....

So raw nuts like almonds and walnuts will help me gain weight correct?

Yep, pretty much all nuts are a source of healthy fats. And if you want a butter, you can make a butter out of any nut by grinding it in the blender. Just blend it until it becomes butter. I buy my nuts in bulk at my local health food store (pecans and almonds).
