Hi,
I am a male of 24. My problem is I am short (165 cm i.e. 5 F 5 Inch) as well as very thin (50 kg) with a small skeleton. Could anyone suggest me any way to improve those ? I am prepared to do anything literally.
Thanks in advance.

Eat, sleep, train.
Lots of good info here - there are very few genetically gifted natural bodybuilders - they all have to work hard to gain muscle. You can do it too, once you commit to a plan and follow it.

Train hard of course without overtraining. Make your sessions ones that you can recover from. There is no "special" workout that will put tons of mass on you. Do heavy, compound exercises for the most part, forget the isolation stuff. You need to have a rock to chisel it. Diet is 80% if not more of it. You do not grow in the gym, as most new folks think. First thing to do is find your maintenance calories. The amount of calories you can eat on a daily basis and do everything you do and stay the same. ONce you have this, start increasing your calories by 300-even 50 per day, but no more. Stay with this till the gaining stops. Then increase again. You can train as hard as anyone, but if you don't eat right, you won't grow right. Diet determines how much you get out of your workout.
