I've just turned 16 a few weeks ago, im 5'10 and weigh 125lbs. I look very lanky/skinny, i have 2 brothers, one of them is 24, 190lbs, ideally i would like to get to his weight within the next 4 years. He used to play football, he never really did extensice training. I understand im naturally putting on muscle, but whats the best way to boost this?
