I've just turned 16 a few weeks ago, im 5'10 and weigh 125lbs. I look very lanky/skinny, i have 2 brothers, one of them is 24, 190lbs, ideally i would like to get to his weight within the next 4 years. He used to play football, he never really did extensice training. I understand im naturally putting on muscle, but whats the best way to boost this?

Use heavy weights, eat as much protein as your body weight in grams and eat more calories than you burn (no more than 500) and get good quality rest. These are basic necessities to achieve your goal. Do searches on fitbuddy at the bottom of the page and you'll find loads of information on how to achieve your goals.

I would also recommend that you fill out your profile in the nutritional and fitness plans here at the top of the page. A warning for the nutritional plan though. Lots of people have said that the calories are a bit higher than what they actually need to achieve their goals.
