Hello to all! I had WLS two months ago and I'm now jumping on the exercise bandwagon (only 60 lbs to go) so as to avoid plastic surgery down the road. Has anyone been in my same situation and found a certain exercise that helped them?

I had it and I can say nothing will help the excess skin. Some get it more than others.
