I have a question for ya. I am 18, 5'10 and weigh around 175. I am looking for a new workout right now because I just got done with my old one that I have used for about 8 weeks now. I see that you know alot about this type of thing from reading all of your articles. If you have time gatormade, could you make a workout for me, one that is to build more strength than mass, but building mass at the same time. I don't care what it involes, i will do whatever, but I want to try something new, and you seem to know alot of good ways to build muscle. So if you can, tell me what I need to send you about myself or whatever you need in order for you to make one up. Thanks alot either way man.
