g'day every1 just another new member. heres a lil info bout me. male, turned 20 bout 2 months ago,weigh 72kgs, 5 foot 8, from aus, been workin out for 6months, n im a chippie workin wit my old man.
my Goals b4 my 21st b'day r
Weigh 80kgs and be ripped
Bench 130kgs
Deadlift 200kgs
Squat 180kgs
Military Press 100kgs
These are my current lifts i dunno if there any good, some of u blokes would do these lifts in just a warm up.
Bench: 85kg
Deadlift: 145kg
Squat: 125kg
Military Press: 70kg
its good to see someone who sets resonable goals i hop you achieve them the ripped bit is going to be the hardest to actually get however just try to eat healthy and also try to reach the lifting goals first as i have found the abs show with time especially when you are putting on lean mass :)
