Just joined this site a few days ago as a part of my NY resolution to stop playing around in the gym and get a bit more serious about gaining muscle. Over the past year I have lost about 10kg of fat by going to the gym and following a fairly good diet. My goal this year is to build bigger, firmer muscles and to develop a 6pack stomach if I can. Checking the nutrition programme on this site, I think I have been undereating in the past. I am coming to grips with the mindset that if I want to look bigger and harder I will need to eat more, which is going to be difficult as I have spent the last year really watching my fat/calorie intake in order to loose weight. Any advice from the experts would be appreciated. Thanks.
