So, I'm into my third week of my pre-pre-competition program. The contest is in November, but I have a lot of muscle to gain before them. The plan is to put on as much muscle as possible and to lean out to about 12% BF by September so that I don't have as much work to do during school. I'm trying to avoid the 3 months of crazy dieting some women do, I'm hoping for about 8 weeks if I'm lean enough going in. I figure it won't be quite as hard on my system that way. So far, so good. The flexibility training is going to be the hardest part, but I'm looking forward to the challenge.

Wheew that's great!!
Get the right nutrition, vitamines, aminos, creatine etc so you'll not feel tired (or even depressed from the missing sugar!).
