Hi- newbie here. I was wondering where I could find a more detailed breakdown of the daily meal plan. For example:
meal 1: protein\carb
meal 2: protein\carb
meal 3: protein\carb\veggie\fat
Should we have protein at each meal?
I am sure it has been posted before so if you can just point me to the thread - I would appreciate it.

try this visual - a deck of cards size protein, a 1/2 baseball size complex carbs, as much fibrous veggies as you like, a little more than thumbsize good fat (tbsp).
yes protein at every meal, IMO.
