Can anyone shed any light on this type of training?? The idea is floating around my gym and i was just wondering if this type of training is more beneficial and what particular type of people would benefit most from german volume training. is it for bodybuilders only??
I tried this about a year ago and I saw an good strength gains. In my research on the topic I was warned not to go beyond 6 to 8 weeks. But being the fool I am, I did not listen. After that 8th week my gains stopped and I took a slight step back. That is until I rested and changed programs.
