tryed all the exercise programs getting no were,let me help. try the one set per body part program, do light warm up set then do one havey set very strict. upper body one day two days off, than lower body and so on. dont be fooled in to the money spinning mind field of body building,it will just hold you and make you spend, spend, spend.so go on get big.
