I'm back. Well..no. I'm Cupcake, and I'm back. I'm 25, although I'm still stuck at a very mature age of 20. And I live in the philippines where balut is a common everyday food , and I'm a confessed workaholic.
I've an astonishingly wonderful boyfriend and I can't wait to be with him again. I've been working out for a short time, and I've gotten serious since I've signed with FT. I LOVE the results. I love the way I feel and I mostly love the people here. apart from that...I think peanut butter rocks, I love music and I can't stop dancing once I start to. Did I say I'm back yet?:love: -------------- The only way to defeat fear is to treat it with respect. Take it by the horns, stare deep into it's eyes, analyze it and overcome the ugly bastard. Now for the love of god...put the donut...DOWN!!! -cupcake- |

Wow, haven't posted here in a while. So, here I go. I am a 22 year old personal trainer. I am going into law enforcement, because, it kicks ass. My hobbies are.... TRAINING! And I am a huge metal head, I love my music. I have been training for about 4 years and got real serious about 2 years ago. Couldn't be happier with the results I have obtained, and I enjoy seeing others obtain there goals as well.

Is it late to do mine?
Im Gemma. 19 years old from Scotland. FT changed the way i looked at food and helped me understand a bit more about the muscles and working out in general. Im also single and fed up with my country eating what we call "chippies" which is at least 1256 calories! The friendly people here helped me to realise that it is ok to eat and still loose weight and i think if if wasn't for ft i'd be in an eating disorders clinic by now...cheers guys . |

Im Victoria and have been MIA for a looooooong time. Im happy to see all of you still hear and still posting. Im still doing my program, but have been stuck for the last 3 months. Very frustrating. Its a much slower process than I ever excpected. No wonder so many people give up. Hubby is still in Baghdad (was a year on Oct 11) but is coming home in 3 weeks. We are going on a cruise and a much needed break in December. It has been a very long and stressful year. Good luck to all of you.-------------- ~Victoria~ ...Do not be discouraged; everyone who got where he is, started where he was.--anon ...There are no shortcuts to any place worth going.--Beverly Sills |

Hello to all. I'm new to the site, my name is Ana Ibarra. I live in Houston, Texas. I'm 23 years old, recently divorced no kids and ready to give myself 100% happiness. I own a hair salon and just opended a music recording studio. I love to work out; my routine is Mon. - Sat. mornings cardio only around 5:00 - 6:30am. Lifting and cardio at night around 7:00 - 9:45pm. At this moment I am doing a high protein diet; I was at 155lbs and have dropped to 148lbs in a 2 week period. Lots of fun huh!. I would love to drop to 125lbs. I will compete in a beauty pagent in January.:) :dumbbell: If any one has any tips please feel free to suggest:). uhnayibarra@yahoo:big_smile:

And I am Warren. haven't quit training..still trying. Travelling hard is my job...been around the US in frankly a few days, bulleted to India just a few days ago and am headed back to my motherland (So Africa) on the weekend for a fortnight.
Other than that...I am an ex ranger from the wilderness of Africa, am married to gorgeous gal who is mother to the best two boys in the world, my sons who are five and seven. Nice to see you all on the board...your banter is often times refreshing and comical. |

Hey Guys, Gals I'm Ian. I'm 27 and I live in the UK and I'm a Meteorologist in the Air Force. I've been working out for about 12 years now with quite a lapse over the pass 2 years with a shattered leg from Rugby. I played a bit of football in college and now I've resumed a pretty competitive level of rugby again after coming off the injury! Now just trying to trim the last little bit off and regain the level of fitness I had before the injury!
Cheers Ian |

Well HELLO everyone!! It is so good to see some familiar faces and some new ones, too! Veda here! I am a 43 mom of three boys 21, 18 and 14 and a grandmom of an 18 mth old boy! I am a freelance writer, I have also just passed my real estate exam and partnered up to open a real estate office, which has taken up more time than I imagined. I am part gypsy, I believe, in both career and life - I enjoy learning all I can about as much as I can. I had a license in cosmotology, have owned and operated a print shop, am a graphic artist and love to rebuild homes and cars. I've lived in Minneapolis, St. Paul, and many cities in Wisconsin. Three years ago I moved from Wisconsin to Tennessee out of need for warmth and change. I love movies, books, long walks, cool nights and laughter! I just enjoy life and want to make some permanent changes so I can live it longer! I have 5 dogs (all strays) and 8 cats and a bird. The only thing I can honestly say I hate is hateful people.
Well, this is starting to sound like a personal ad, so I'm outta here! It is soooo good to "meet" you all!! -------------- Veda MISERY IS OPTIONAL ***When you are up to your ears in trouble, try using the part that is not submerged. ***The difference between a dream and a goal is a plan.
