I am recovering from a broken knuckle. Since i broken my knuckle i have lost half a stone, and my tome. And i want to get my tone back b4 i go on holiday, which is 2 weeks on tuesday. Will this be possible?
I eat well, most of the time, i proberly have one day a week where i dont. Except i have another problem. I have just had an operation on my toe and am not going to be able to do cardio, i should be able to walk again in a week, but im not sure if ill b able to do any running or skipping. Is there any other way i could do cardio which my foot will not affect?
