FT has some exercises on this site...but i hardly see any diference...i guess it takes longer to train the wrist. Im also interested on this, so thank you for any suggestion.

Work with your forearms. It's also often a question how to hold your hands when working your tri and biceps.
Try looking at the exercises here on FTcom.

Here's an exercise you may want to try. It affects the forearms, wrists and biceps simultaneously.
Put weights on one end of a dumbbell. Start out light. Now, hold it like you would a hammer in front of you, until you can see your fist (palms facing the ground). Turn your hand until your palms are facing up, then back. This is one rep. Do about 4 sets of these (progressively going up in weight, but keep the weights moderate and not heavy). The motion should be controlled at all times. Perfom this exercise in conjunction with your normal forearm exercises. You'll feel a burn like no other you've felt before! This exercise is called Thor's Hammer.
Good luck!
