Hey everyone! I was wondering if anyone could give me some good pointers to get my body back. I know it will never look exactly the same but I know it can be a lot better. I am 22 and I have 2 children, a 4 yr old and a 3 yr old. I use to compete in competitions when I was 16 and 17. I am 5'7" and I now weigh in at 168 which is absolutely horrible for me. The only time I have ever been this size was when I was preggo with my first. Can anyone please help me get some ideas on how to get lookin right again....Thanks!!!

Well you know what this is the first step, and perhaps the most important one.

I'd suggest starting off very slowly.. perhaps start with a full body workout.. one exercise per muscle group.. slow reps in the range of 15-20. Just feel the muscle.

Then slowly build back up.

Keep us posted and we'll do our best to help out.

Don't forget the most important part...and the hardest part.
DIET
I know this is hard with an active (kid involved) lifestyle but diet is SOOO important
