I have been bodybuilding for a year taking it 100% seriously with a year before that not knowing a great deal. Recently I used a four/five day split routine looking to gain some mass, which worked fairly well, however after around 12 weeks i got the flu. Therefore my training stopped, although I wanted to stop to have a a week off due to the long time span of training. However, on my first day back from the week off I wasn't too sure whether to go back into a monster training programme(5/6 days a week)? Instead I decided to do an all over body workout, I am now going to the gym tomorrow with the aim of gaining as much mass as possible, should I go straight into my main routine? Thanks for your help.
P.S. anyone come across the best bulking programme. I have seen a few but want the best!
