I just have a question about getting more cut. Im still not satisfied with the amount of muscle i have and i wish to gain more, but i want to remain cut and not gain too much unneccisary fat in the abs and what not. should I do a little more cardio after workout to stay lean? I also looove bike riding and i ride abou 20Km 2 days a week, does this count as cardio or just a leg workout?
