Hey all, im 18 im home learning to be a 3d designer, so as you can guess that means being on the computer alot. i would love to get in shape. i even bought a home gym. but not much seems to change i spend like 30 mins a day on my gym the only thing i have seen changes is my arm muscles have gotten bigger. "sorry im not that informed on all the names for the mucles etc XD" anyways my abs is kinder ok its still fat but when i tens it i can see a 6pack formed under the fat. but going lower down near my groin i have a fat belly it pops out rather far and its rather embarrasing. also my pecks are rather fat and pointy. not a very nice sight. so can you tell me some exersices and some way to burn body fat. tighten my pecks, and lose weight and get a nice abs? if you can it would be very appreciated. thankyou

So how long have you been doing this?

And you say nothing is changing, and then list all the positive things that are happening already?

lol you seem to have misread, i didnt say it wasnt working i said not much seems to change. not that nothing worked. andi have been doing it a few months.
