Ok, my question is: what kind of workout for my legs that you suggest. I don't want to get them bigger, just more cut.
Should I do 3x15 reps of every muscles in the legs!! and how do I get my "bum" really tight?
I'm in the "fashion industry", so if they get bigger, I won't be able to wear what I want to wear!
Thanks everybody

I would start with a 5 min warmup.
Stretch the muscles of the legs for 10 min.
Then I would do the following routine
Squat-3x15-20
(stretch hamstrings and quads after every set)
Lunges with dumbells
2x15-20 stretch
step ups 2x15-20
stretch
Then I would do 20-30 minutes of cardio followed by another 10min of stretching the leg muscles.
Your repitions should be slow and full movements (contraction should take 1-2 seconds and the negatives should take 3-5 seconds.)

There are many different kinds of squats and they are all great for the legs, as are lunges. Plie squats (feet wide and toes pointed away from you) are great for the glutes. I do them holding a 45# db with both hands, in front of me and keeping my back as straight as I can and squeeze as you come up. I had trouble doing lunges due to major cramping so I started doing these instead. I can really feel it.

Now if you really want them to be more tight then you'll need to diet next to the training...... I know it's no fun, but that's how you'll get the muscles cut. Good luck!

Thanks everyone, you are right and I'm going to try those series of exercise for a while and see what it does!
The "real" diet is going to come a little bit later, I'm trying to gain some mass in the upper body!
Et oui c'est vrai que les victoires eternelles sont celles du coeur! Il faut y mettre la volonte...
