Lol, have a buddy throw a 10-12lb medicine ball at your stomach at least 20 times daily. I am kind of kidding but I do have to admit I used to do that when I was competing in kickboxing, I personally think it helped some. Just make sure your buddy doesnt throw it 'too low'!!!! Other than that I don't know what else to tell you, maybe start up a good powerlifting program as you will obviously need to be strong, and make sure you condition your muscles for endurance too, as the worst thing is being exhausted and being in the middle of a fight. I am no expert on this subject, but I figured I could toss a couple ideas out there for ya.
