hi,
i bench 160 and i wuz wondering...is it possible for me to gain 10 pounds a week in lifting? like this week i go 160 then next week i got 170 and the following week 180? is that possible? thanks

Imerida, if we can all increase our weights by 10 pounds per week, we would all be lifting way over 520 pounds in a year right? Unfortunately, it doesn't work that way. You may be able to lift +10 pounds after a week, but will probably max out after that. Strength gains are usually realized over a longer period of time.
