All I need a bit of help here. I've come of a broken leg and several surgeries to a pretty decent physical standard yet I can seem to shake the handles or the thin layer of fat on my belly. When I was in college I played sports and it never took to long to add or drop weight but now I can't figure it out! My Fitness is high as I play competitive rugby and I train reguraly both on my own and with the USAF. Any pointers or diets would be a great help!
Cheers Ian

It is you diet you have to watch out for. Remember to eat regulary to keep ure energy up and also those calories for building muscle. For good foods check out the Body builder's shopping list in the nutrition section.

abb program on here, and diet thing too I belive.
All come down to calories, also i fyour in a sport, don't be concerned about "looks" You don't need a 6pack to play sports. A lil body fat in contact sports( football , rugby) may actually help cushon blows and hits.

Thanks Big A Only problem is these days in the Air Force is that our Waste measurement is the Biggest thing next to our run time in the new PT program! For a waste line at 34 I get docked nearly 15 points because I dont' have a 34. Go figure. As for the sports I use to try to keep a bit on while I was playing football in college to bad the AF doesn't see it that way!
