Ok first i would stay away from supplements untill you need them. Second getting ripped is about dieting. If you diet correctly and get lean less fat you will have a more natural ripped look.
What are your goals?
Do you just want to get ripped? Or do you want to gain muscle and then get ripped? There are ways to do it. But if your trying to stay ripped and gain from my experience its harder. If you want to gain muscle and then get ripped thats easier. Diet is key. Also get a journal track yourself so you can see improvement. Set small goals hit them and they will motivate you to keep going. Good luck.

Manofsteel, hang around a while before you critique the place or the mods motivations. Posting the same question in multiple treads is poor form on any websight. The exercise programs offered here are free. Paying members have access to no different information than non paying members. Paying members are given their own forum and the ability to keep a log as well as harvest the information differently than non payers but the info is the same. Some of us who have been here a while just don't answer the "getting ripped" or "how do I look like the guys in the 300 movie" questions because those folks want short cuts and will blow away quickly. We've found it's a waste of time to respond.
Welcome here and it's good to have knowledgable new members around.

Roger that charlie I was just assuming and we all know how the saying goes! This site seems a little underused though is it very active? I mean I know theres like a million or more members and all that is this site more geared towards peer support or no?

You're preaching to the choir brother. I expressed similar sentiments in the pro forum the other day. I'm probably just jaded and most likely wrong but my criteria for responding now includes responding to those who care enough take the time to fill out their profile. Without a profile you don't know whether you're responding to a middle aged hypertensive [which I was when I came here} or a 20 year old in perfect health. I wish management would disallow posting until a new member takes the time to do that.

Talking about adding pictures I'm going to have a friend of mine take some of me so I can add them!! haha Im at work though so it would be with her cell phone very tedious process but it should work! haha 23 yr old guy by the way not an old fart or a 20 yr old kid. No offense intended to any older folk or younger.

As Mutt so loves to point out, I am an old fart. No offense taken.

charlie826,
I'm one of those people who hasn't filled out their profile yet. Actually I have, twice, but I hit "go" when I finish, and it isn't saving. Am I missing something?
