I just added weights to my training and a 12 week ab workout on top of my daily exercise program. I have been at it for 3 weeks very good results I am down to 175 from 220- 3 months ago. The question I have is I work out for a hour and I get sick to my stomach like I want to puke. I have oatmeal with fruit two hours before I exercise. What is the deal?
