Simply follow the procedures attached to exercise instructions. I've been told this many times: Quality over Quantity. Do however many you can correctly. You will gradually increase the number over time and reap the results.
Make certain you stretch your muscles well too.
I've read that the site - www.howtostretch.com - is a good place to go for info.
Eat a proper diet. If for some reason, you still feel hungry afterwards...try drinking more water. Sometimes we can believe we are hungry when we are actually thirsty. Find out how much water you need to drink daily...under Fitness Resources I believe.....
