So I have been running 3-4 miles 3 times a week for the past 3 months with crunches, push ups and stretches about 4 times a week. I have noticed a big difference in my body, but I am not sure if i can achieve a 6 pack and a overall toned body. I am 21 6'0 and I weigh 171. What kind of diet should I have because I do not have much of one right now and any other excercises can I do to speed up getting toned? I really hate going to the gym because its out of my way, so if i can get in shape without going to the gym I am listening.

Thank you for the quick response. The diet topics are really great and should be beneficial for me. Should I be doing other things rather then running 3-4 miles 3 days a week, 3 types of crunches and push ups?

A full strength training routine would be preferable as well as cardio and diet. I believe you can get a free routine from this site for body weight exercises, but you'll never get the full benefits that come with having access to a full gym.
