yeah - i'm with tarab. i've heard a lot of different numbers. 50, now that's pretty awesome...
no weights needed for me this weekend. i'm moving! boo. no options but to be a she-hulk.

kirby, moving can be tougher than going to the gym and lifting your heaviest weights ever. I hate moving!!!!

I helped a friend move a few weeks ago--- from his THIRD floor apartment... Cardio + weight training at the same time... for FIVE hours. Enjoy your move (evil grin)!

ha ha ha. no stairs for me. whew!
so...it *never* rains in california, right? not this weekend! my friends and i call ourselves "PFCs" psycho fitness chicks...this weekend we're "PMSs" psycho moving soggies!
