Do you ever feel like quitting? Lately when I have been working out I just dont get that feeling like I use to. I use to love to go and work out and now it is just becoming boring and stressful. Anyone else gone through this and if so what did you do to make it enjoyable again? Thanks David

Take a week off.

As wrestler said...take a week off. Not sure what your routine looks like right now, but start looking at ways you can change it up. There's a thousand combinations you can do to change up your routine and break the boredom, just got to find one that will be conducive to your goals.
