I finally found what I was looking for. Some free advice on nutrition and exercise. Looking forward to starting the basic home program Monday AM. Should I eat before I work out?
You should eat 5-6 times a day.. one light meal about an hour or so before you workout, then a protein shake afterwards, and a light meal again an hour later.
There are several good threads that have much detail on this, you can find them by searching fitBuddy (bottom of screen) for pre workout, post workout, when to eat, etc.
