Hi, I just found this site today and am really excited to get started. I just wanted to say hi and ask a little question: Since it is a Tuesday and my program was supposed to be started on a monday, should I bump everything back or should I just wait until next Monday to get started? hi appytimes! i just came here a little over a week ago, and already see good results! no, u should wait until next monday, thats actually what the program tells you to do...check the date of your workout! so what do u actually do, i mean like hometraining or the 8-week mass program etc.? if u fill in your profile it'll be easier for us here to answer your questions as best we can. welcome!
