I did crew around two years ago, and was in real great shape then, after i stopped because of my accident i have lost most of the muscle. I have also been feeling really tired, and sleep alot. Im really glad this site helps give me a schedule like i had with my rowing team. Hope to stick with it and lean up again. Maybe even do crew again in college.
