I enjoy an early morning aerobic workout. Looking for some added motivation to define my abs and chest.

Hi - welcome to FT. Hey, I posted a chest question in the Mens Discussion here on the boards...ck out Info on building Chest/Pecs...that I posted there and some members offered advice...hope it helps! And good for you getting out there working out early...I can't get my hiney up sometimes to do an early morning workout....sleep is sometimes just too too good! GOOD LUCK in finding pointers!
