Man, its been a really long time since I have posted on freetrainers. Anyway I found this recipe at http://www.criticalbench.com/high-protein-meal.html and I have to say its just awesome.
I have tried it with both ground turkey and ground chicken (both equally as good). If your using lean ground meats make sure to spray the cooking pan or it will stick.
16 oz. fat-free ground turkey breast
1 boil-in-bag (Kraft, Success, Uncle Ben's) instant long-grain brown rice packages
16 oz. jar salsa (mild, medium, or hot)
8 oz. low-fat cottage cheese (small curd)
Somethings I changed: I didn't use 16 oz of salsa because that is a lot of salsa (it was really runny on my first batch), instead I used 1 cup. I didn't use the instant rice, I used long grain brown rice which took a lot longer to cook.
Its a great, easy to make recipe. This yeilds about 4-5 servings.

Thanks all!
Don't worry though, I never went anywhere. I just haven't been active in the forums.
