First of all i want to say thanks and give my regards to all FT members who are helping every fitness lover all around the world. You all are doing a great job Thanx < This is one reason that it is my first post here in FT, coz whenever i needed any kind of info or help, i used fitBuddy and got results.
Now, i want to know that should i add glucose in my water which i drink during my workout. the reason i am asking is that, i take 5g creatine one hour before W/O and 5g immidiately after W/O, and i have heard that any kind of sugar mixed with creatine is harmfull, but on the other hand GLUCOSE provides energy and its already very HOT in my part of the world and i need something extra during W/O to boost my energy level.
If no GLUCOSE then any other suggestions on how to boost my energy during W/O.
Waiting.

well you really want complex carbs. glucose is a type of sugar actually. for complex carbs to boost energy (sugar like stuff) try maltodextrin and dextrose. you can get them on bodybuilding.com for real cheap. good luck

A watered down glucsoe/protein mixture can be great for your workout. Remember, when BG levels fall, performance falls dramatically.
