has anyone ever personally taken glutamine? If you have can u telll me the advantages and disadvatages? QAlso how long it took you to see resylts while using this? Also would creatine be ok to take with this il check back later 2 see if any1 responded thank i appreceaite it

Glutamine will not give you visable results in the context you are thinking. It will help with recovery(faster).

Creatine is fine to take with glutamine. Though you only will need creatine once per day after loading. Glutamine on the other hand is a conditionally essential amino acid, and can be utilized as often as your funds can afford. Also great for the immune system.
