I read that it helps builds muscle after broken down, is that right?
I am going to start taking some, but whey protein isn't my thing. I'll stick to soy.
My other question is should I take it in liquid form or by pill? Also, should I add the liquid glut. to my soy protein shake? and is it a good idea to take the glut by itself with nothing else but water? Should I take it after I lift weights and before I run or wait after im done doing both?
